ROLE: Performance Marketing and Social Media Executive (full-time)

LM Media is a full-service creative content and marketing agency based in Woodbury, near Exeter - providing branding, multimedia content, e-commerce site development, SEO and marketing support to independent brands across the UK and Europe. We pride ourselves on offering independent brands a full-service, expert marketing and site development service under one-roof.
The team
The tight-knit team are made up of driven, focussed marketeers, creatives, designers and developers - led by Lydia Mansi, an experienced journalist, brand consultant and digital strategist.

The role is a hybrid of both organic and paid social and search and will include a range of the following tasks:

Work closely with our Lead Performance Marketing Strategist to drive performance across all our clients' paid ad campaigns - including Meta, Pinterest and Google.
-
Support the delivery, analysis and content of full funnel strategies for Paid Social and Paid Search.
-
Organic social content creation across Meta and Pinterest - including trend research, video/photo creation and editing and copywriting.
-
Organic social content management - liaising with brands for sign-off and to ensure all output meets their brand guidelines and KPIs.
-
Influencer outreach for gifting, paid content and affiliate programme engagement.
-
Be on top of regular competitor and market reviews, feeding back to clients and the wider team with recommendations and ideas.

Create analytics reports and present these to clients in weekly and monthly meetings.
The successful candidate will have:
-
Degree-level qualification within Marketing, Journalism, English or a similar related field.
-
Proven track record of running performance marketing campaigns.
-
Confident use of Google products including Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Google Tag Manager.

Good knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar photo editing tools.
-
Strong ability to analyse data to inform content strategy.
-
Strong copy-writing and communication skills.
-
Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
The person we are looking to join our tight-knit team will be:

The role will include a range of the following tasks:

Implementing on-site SEO mark-up with clear tracking and strategy to drive visibility. Working directly with our developer for any technical SEO tasks.

Creating content pillars to use across multiple marketing channels cohesively.
-
Keeping a MarComm calendar up to date across all channels.
-
Email marketing - both regular newsletter creation and automations with the support of our in-house graphic designer within Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
-
Shopify website management - including functionality updates, product copywriting, SEO and imagery. Working directly with our developer for any bespoke functionality requirements.
-
Organic social content creation across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok - including trend research, video/photo creation and copywriting.

Creating analytics reports.
The successful candidate will have/be:
-
Degree-level qualified within Marketing, Journalism, English or a similar related field.
-
Experienced in a similar role within e-commerce, in-house or agency.
-
Proficiency in Shopify - including theme implementation, app installs and day to day running and management of e-commerce brands’ online stores.

Working knowledge of SEO - including auditing, research and analytics.
-
Experience and competence in Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo with clear examples of the impact your campaigns have made for an e-commerce business.

Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to analyse data.
