On the day we will define the product offering for launch,
plus future product development possibilities.
Work on a moodboard to help you visualise your brand identity – covering colour palette, fonts, photography, packaging to give you a full-rounded brand identity with personality and purpose.
Create a 100-word mission statement and identify your core brand values.
Bring a customer avatar to life and use it to deepen your brand identity, tone and position.
Look at competitor and complementary brand analysis.
Draw up a timeline and checklist to get you to launch.
Consult on site build, functionality and give advice on the best platforms and tools to help you build your business toolkit.
After our session you will be provided with a follow-up report with any further recommendations and contact details of any brands/professionals that may be relevant.

Together we will spend time analysing and re-align your business strategy and goals based on a clear and expert analysis of your previous season’s activity. This will help you move forward with clarity and purpose, giving you an injection of inspiration, feeling of control and a clear, practical route forward for growth.

Before our session I will spend ½ a day looking at the trends and analytics of your previous 3-months’ activity to inform future strategies.
Based on my findings we could look at new customer acquisition marketing, product development brainstorming, CRO (conversation rate optimisation) to boost online sales – our time together will be a completely bespoke strategy day to help you refocus and grow.
